When will my order arrive?

Shipping time is between 7-21 business days.
We ship items from several different locations So shipping time may change depending on how fast your payment cleared, your location and our product availability.
Countries with restrictions and pre-cautions may experience shipping delays due to cargo flight limitations. Therefore shipping time may be up to 35 business days.

Can I return an item if I'm unsatisfied?

We accept returns for certain items, Please refer to our refund policy for complete details.
For size exchange - We will reship a new size for free (if provided a photo proof that the size we sent is wrong), or you can pay a small shipping fee to exchange even without any proof.
Kindly contact our customer service before mailing any package back.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You have within 24 hours to change or cancel your order. After that, it will depend on whether we shipped the product already or not. Contact us for more information.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we mostly used USPS in shipping. However, if our stock is located in our other warehouses, we will be able to provide tracking numbers from the origin country. If a situation arises and you do not receive your product, please contact us and we will track your package, send you a replacement or give you a full refund.
